GLOBREP()              Global replace of a field with a value - fully
                          interactive.
     Usage                globrep()
     Param                none
     Notes                Requires a DBF be open in current area. Will
                          look for QUERY_EXP (created by query), and if
                          present will optionally replace only for
                          query condition.
